  • Our cookies are made from scratch in a kitchen that uses nuts, sesame, eggs, and dairy. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.

  • Shipping Sweetness, Fresh from Our Oven to Your Door

    We bake our cookies fresh every Monday and ship them out every Tuesday using UPS. That way, your order hits the road at peak deliciousness.

    How long does it take?
    Delivery time can range from 1 to a few days, depending on how far you are from our cookie HQ in Ohio. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your box ships, so you can stalk your cookie delivery like it’s a pizza on a Friday night.

  • Absolutely! You can place them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds on high. Or toss them in your oven at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes.

  • All of our products are perishable goods. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

  • We do not offer refunds or cancellations at this time. Please ensure that you are 100% certain you want amazingly delicious cookies before you order!

  • We encourage everyone to eat the cookies RIGHT AWAY.

    They’ll last a few days on the counter, but lose freshness. We suggest freezing them if you’re not going to eat them in a day or so.
